Kansas State University MFT Masters
The School of Family Studies and Human Services offers a Master's degree in couple and family therapy. When taking this program, students will have the competency to perform statistical research and evidence-based therapy sessions with clients that are struggling in their personal relationships with loved ones.
They will also utilize ethical and professional conduct gained in their education. Courses are divided up into theoretical foundations, research methodology, assessment and treatment, and ethics and professional studies.
There are also 500 hours of clinical practicum sessions and 100 hours of supervision, and the program culminates with a thesis or clinical project and a comprehensive exam.
